SHIPPING POLICY

The standard processing time for MIDAS BOX LA orders will be packed and ready for courier pickup within 2-5 business days. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, and limited-edition release. You will receive your tracking information to the email or phone number you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 3 business days for the provided tracking information to be updated.
We do not take responsibility for factors external to MIDAS BOX LA which may delay or prevent a delivery, and which are not covered by our logistic partners.

At the time, we only ship to UNITED STATES. Delivery time will vary depending on your location.

• All orders are shipped via USPS
• 2-5 business days once your order has been processed

Please note that MIDAS BOX LA is not responsible for delays in shipping deliveries, lost in transit, theft or damage. Please provide a safe and secure shipping address when checking out.

Wrong address disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct shipping address. MIDAS BOX LA ships your package according to the address that is provided. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit or if your package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If the address provided to MIDAS BOX LA is incorrect, we cannot ship a new package until the original package has been located.

If your shipping address is incorrect please email us at info@midasboxla.com as soon as possible so we can update the address before your package ships out. We will do our very best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
