What is your Jewelry made of?
Our Jewelry is made of 18K Yellow Gold PVD Coating over Stainless Steel. We use the highest grade of metals because it is Hypoallergenic, Waterproof, and Tarnish-Resistant. It would be a great addition to your Jewelry.
What is PVD Coating?
A stunning aesthetic and practical finish is produced by the vacuum coating method known as physical vapor deposition, or PVD. Titanium nitride, which is used in PVD, creates a coating that is incredibly resistant. Compared to gold plating, PVD coatings are more resistant to corrosion caused by perspiration and everyday use.
Can I wear my pieces in the shower?
Yes. You can safely shower and wash your hands with our jewelry on. However, to maintain your jewelry’s look good as new, we highly recommend against it.
Will it turn my skin green?
Never. We use the highest grade of metal to avoid allergic reactions.

Do you have a physical store?
As of now, we only do pop-up events across Los Angeles. Kindly check our events section.

Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship to United States.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The standard processing time for MIDAS BOX LA orders will be packed and ready for courier pickup within 2-5 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on your location.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, and limited-edition release.
Please understand that business days do not include weekends and National holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

What happens when my package is lost?
Please note that MIDAS BOX LA is not responsible for delays in shipping deliveries, lost in transit, theft or damage. Please provide a safe and secure shipping address when checking out.
Wrong address disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct shipping address.
MIDAS BOX LA ships your package according to the address that is provided. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit or if your package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If the address provided to MIDAS BOX LA is incorrect, we cannot ship a new package until the original package has been located.
If your shipping address is incorrect please email us at info@midasboxla.com as soon as possible so we can update the address before your package ships out. We will do our very best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
RETURN POLICY
What should I do to make a return?

If you are not satisfied with your MIDAS BOX LA purchase for any reason, you have 14 days after delivery to initiate a return. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I have received the wrong product, what can I do?
We recommend that you get in touch with us through the form here, in order to exchange this for the correct product.
If your shipment is delivered to you in any damaged condition or if you are missing any part of your order, please notify us immediately at info@midasboxla.com. Please always include your email address used at checkout, your order number, and also be sure to take and send photos with your email to customer service.
In which cases can I return an item?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order.
In all cases, the returned products must be in perfect condition and show no evident signs of use, or else no return will be carried out.
All sales are not returnable.
Returns are only allowed for products purchased at full price from MIDAS BOX LA.
Due to hygiene purposes: All earrings are final sale, no returns/refunds will be accepted.
There is a flat $5.00 restocking fee for each returned order.
It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to MIDAS BOX LA is in perfect conditions. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, we recommend using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return if the request is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Do you offer exchange?
No. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
